A book for families to journey through Advent,
into the heart of Christmas.

Two boys, Isaac and Jediah journey with their families in ancient Palestine. As the story unfolds, the boys gradually come to realize the birth of the Messiah is at hand - and they are present at the heart of it.
Written as a gift for the children in the author's lives, this is a delightful story for families with children in kindergarten through middle school.

The book is arranged in 24 chapters for each day of December leading up to Christmas. The story includes family interactions, mishaps and adventures, poignant encounters with the main characters of the Nativity.
"More than a book
................it's an experience"

Comments from readers:

"It's hard to find a book that appeals to the whole family. This book does the job well.
My 9 year old listened from his bunk bed as I read to my 6 year old and 5 year olds. They were each enthralled with the story and eager each night to find out what happened next."

"With the short chapters and pictures scattered throughout, it makes it very easy to read each night of Advent and keeps us looking forward to the next night's reading.
We love the book! "

"I purchased several copies of the book and gave them to each of my brothers and sisters to read to their families during Advent. We all saved the last chapter to read together when we gathered on Christmas Eve."
